The Odyssey Of Beauty
All woman are beautiful. That is a good and safe thing to say. We want to be politically correct and inoffensive. People are created in the image of God, so they ought to be beautiful. And if you believe they evolved from monkeys, they have done well to ditch the looks of their ancestors.
You often hear the saying, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder’? That’s because it is. We rate people according to our perception, we like what we like and settle for what we settle for.
This is by no means set out offend anybody, nor is it sent to trigger insecurities. If anything, it’s about appreciation.
Yes, everyone is beautiful in their own right. But there are those who are exceptional. You can even argue that at one point in life, the term ‘beautiful’ was reserved for these kinds of individuals. I’m specifically referring to woman, men don’t need to worry about their beauty, it rarely means anything in the greater scheme of things.
Men’s beauty or elegance is largely irrelevant in the greater scheme of things. It doesn’t do much for a man to be good-looking. Case in point- look at social media.
For the most part, social media promotes woman.
