Communicator At Heart
Communication, the invisible thread that hold everything together. Ok, maybe I’m being dramatic. But communication does plays a vital role in our everyday life. Without communication, a lot less would have been achieved by mankind thus far.
In the bible story of babel, God confused the language of men to prevent them from building a tower that reaches the heavens. That should tell you a little about the essence of communication.
It has taken me a little while to realize and accept that I’m a communicator at heart. I’m not as emphatic as this young fellow on the above picture, but i do carry some passion with me…..you know, firepower. I don’t think i have fully shown it, maybe I’ve ignored it or withheld it. But it’s there.
I love to communicate.
Everyone communicates. It becomes difficult to claim this as a skilled discipline considering everyone does it. It’s not like being a doctor, an engineer, being a lawyer or any other professional specialty. You don’t really get “trained” to communicate (at least at first).
You are born with an ability to communicate. This can be both verbal or non-verbal.
